Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please notify me before returning an item via the form above. Returns that have not been registered in advance cannot be accepted.

After notifying me of your return, you have another 14 days to send the artwork back.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be returned.

Refund

Once the returned artwork has been received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
