The Story Behind

‘The Space Between’ is a painting that makes me reflect on the quiet space between where we are now and where we hope to be. Those moments often feel unfamiliar and uncertain, and can easily become a place where you are tempted to give up. Yet those are the moments when it matters most to keep going.

It is often the most transformative part of the process. Because both the excitement of beginning and the dream of the final result feel far away, there is nothing left to hold onto except persistence itself. This work reminds me that growth rarely happens in the way or at the moment we expect it to. It arrives slowly, often uncomfortably, and almost unnoticed.

The space between is the most uncertain phase, but also the most meaningful one.
